CEREC Crowns
Most
dental restorative procedures for crowns require multiple visits to the
dentist. This means that on your first visit you get an
injection of anesthesia, your tooth is prepared, an impression
made, and finally, a temporary crown is put on your tooth.
You then schedule a second appointment for a couple of
weeks later, and get another injection, and have the temporary
crown is taken off.
With CEREC,
the entire process is done in a single appointment.
With CEREC, Dr
Phillips can also use strong, tooth colored ceramic materials to restore
your teeth to their natural strength, beauty, and function. These
materials closely match the composition of natural tooth structure.

Crowns
When
damage to a person’s teeth is severe, we can use porcelain
crowns to make the smile appear new. This is an most reliable
technique for repairing dental problems, even replacing missing
teeth to offer changes we make for people using this technology. Crowns are usually made of tooth colored
porcelain or gold.
Bridges
When
tooth loss occurs, your dentist may recommend that a bridge be
placed. A bridge consists of a replacement tooth/teeth attached
to crowns on each side. The bridge is cemented to the teeth
adjacent replacing the missing tooth and preventing any
shifting.
Bridgework
can often remedy this problem and Dr. Phillips offers both
fixed and removable bridges. The patient is able to
remove the removable bridge, but only your dentist can remove
the fixed bridge.
Makeovers with Veneers
One
of the most successful of cosmetic dentistry procedures,
porcelain veneers can fix all kinds of problems. They are used
to cover chips and stains, as well as to change the length,
shape, or color of your teeth. Porcelain veneers are custom-made
for you. The smile you've been wanting can be yours in just one
appointment with our veneers. Call our office today.
